Jan D. Vromant is a process architecture consultant, focusing on outsourcing and ITIL best practices. He is an ITIL Service Manager and certified ISO/IEC20000 consultant, and earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston. Jan worked at Royal Dutch/Shell, BMC Software, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Hewlett-Packard, and Deloitte Consulting.
Jan presented at the Great Lakes LIG and spoke or led workshops at the itSMF Conferences in Long Beach 2004, Salt Lake City 2006, Charlotte 2007, and San Francisco 2008.
He is originally from Belgium and currently lives in the United States.
